Former Congress leader Milind Deora joins Shiv Sena in the presence of Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde, in Mumbai.
With its senior leader Milind Deora resigning just before the start of the Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra, the Congress on January 14 alleged that the timing of the announcement of his departure from the party was determined by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Milind Deora after joining Shiv Sena says, "Congress not the same it used to be, doesn't give merit to talent anymore. The same party that used to offer constructive suggestions to this country, on how to take the country forward, has now just one goal - speak against whatever PM Modi says and does. Tomorrow, if he says that Congress is a very good party, they will oppose it.
I believe in the politics of GAIN - Growth, Aspiration, Inclusivity and Nationalism. I don't believe in the politics of PAIN - Personal Attacks, Injustice and Negativity."
Nation & Maharashtra secure under PM Modi and CM Shinde, not a single terror attack in Mumbai in last 10 years, says Milind Deora.
